Before founding AI Edge, Peter Denbigh spent 20 years scaling businesses, building teams, and driving operational excellence. He isn't a career consultant parachuting in with generic templates. He's a seasoned operator who understands that every new technology introduces a tension between innovation and risk.
While running an innovation hub that housed over 200 businesses, Peter saw a repeating pattern: leaders were either blindly blocking AI out of fear, or completely ignoring the shadow AI running rampant on employee devices. Neither approach was sustainable.
Peter holds an MBA and a Professional Certificate from MIT in Applied Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation. Combining this enterprise risk expertise with deep technical knowledge, he developed the proprietary 3S and AIRL frameworks — methodologies designed specifically to bridge the gap between technical reality and executive strategy.
